Who am I?

Hey, I’m Stacy! I am a certified health coach and I have studied nutrition and wellness for over 15 years. What started as a quest to understand how food was affecting my own body turned into a life’s passion. My approach is not result focused; it is centered on simple, actionable steps with the primary indicator of success being how you’re body is feeling. My goal is simply to help you feel good with food and movement as my tools.

The only thing I hate more than wasted time is wasted food. I have developed a deep variety of simple recipes that make healthy, whole foods taste great and countless time saving tips to help make your time in the kitchen as efficient as possible.

I understand the frustration of diagnosis-less ailments. I spent years going to doctors and specialists for skin rashes and irritations to no avail. So I took the power back, did my research, and focused on fueling my body with whole foods and with time, my skin issues resolved. Through that I learned how important our food choices are. I believe a healthful lifestyle is really quite simple. Good food and fun movement are the keys to unlocking your best feeling self.

What can I offer you?

Confidence in your nutrition choices.

Take the guesswork out of what you are fueling your body with.

Accountability on your journey.

You are not in this alone. I am here to support and encourage you as you take on this next chapter.

Positive space focused on eating more good, not less.

My methods have nothing to do with deprivation. They focus on what you can add, or substitute, so you still feel full at the end of each day.
