    I have been doing the “Morning Movement” with Stacy for over a year. It’s truly a game changer for me! I don’t go through decision fatigue, deciding IF and WHAT kind of workout out I will do. I just count on Stacy to choose the workout and meet her on Zoom each morning at 6:45am.

    I have been attending Stacy’s “morning movement “over a year now. It works well with my work schedule to choose either 645 or 9a. I love attending and helps me start my day without worrying about what workout routine I need! It feels so good to know that my workout is done and I can start my day 😁

    Morning Movement is great. Stacy texts the day before the workout to let us know what it is. I love that she mixes it up. Routine is the most important thing with working out, she makes it easy.

    I have been consistently exercising with Stacy for 2 years. She provides consistenet support, and removes All of my excuses to avoid exercise! I love the variety of her offerings, and I also turn to her for sage advice regarding nutrition and sleep hygiene. Anyone can modify to their level. I am about to turn 60, and have never felt stronger or more limber, thanks to our morning exercise routine. Oh- and I have some defined muscles to boot!

    I joined this exercise group about 3 months ago. I was looking for alternative fitness options that broadened my options. This is perfect to fit within my busy lifestyle. There is a different and effective 30 min workout offered daily. I like that I do not have to commit to multiple fitness studios. Stacy provides options from yoga, Pilates, barre, strength, etc. all for an affordable price!

    I have been doing these workouts for a couple months now and I love the variety of each video. They are quick but effective and they keep me engaged. It’s nice to have a daily push to move and to have somebody motivating me to work out every day! I highly recommend to anybody who is trying to be more active but doesn’t know where to start.
