These programs are designed to fit into your life, exactly as it is.

8 Sessions | Accountability calls with your own personal health coach to support your new habits as you grow towards your wellness goals. Starts when you’re ready!

5 Days | Adding more vegetables to your day is one of the best things to do for your health.  Experience 5 days of vegan meals and see how you feel.

30m | Offered at 7 AM weekdays and 8 and 9 AM weekends.  Drop in for group classes over zoom. Different workouts every morning including yoga, barre, strength trainings, and cardio.  Other times by request.

4 Weeks | This is NOT a liquid or deprivation diet. This is 4 weeks dedicated to whole foods supported by nutritious recipes.

5 Weeks | Branded as a weight loss program but it is so much more. You’ll focus on learning new habits to incorporate into your life and leave with all the tools to continue well beyond our time together.
