Recipe makes 1 serving

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/2 cup nondairy milk, almond, oat, etc

  • 1/2 large honey crisp apple

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 ice cubes

  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

  • Optional:  Add vanilla protein powder or hemp hearts

Step 1 : Put everything except protein powder in the blender and blend until smooth.

Order does not matter.

Step 2 : Add protein powder and blend for 10 seconds.
